The Meditation Course will be held in The Chapel Room

Registration: To register for the Meditation Course, I will first need you to contact me at email@stephenausten.com to indicate that you definitely wish to attend the Meditation Course. Your name will then go on a special list set aside for the Meditation Course.
Once there are enough people registered, I will send out the address for posting your payment.

Red Ochre Shameeah

For more than 20,000 years, Red Ochre was a part of human life. People used this earth-paint to adorn their bodies and objects that had special significance to them. The ancient cave paintings were created with it; in initiations into the mysteries of Grandmother Earth, it was used for body painting and for blessing ceremonial items. The mineral itself is just a mixture of iron oxide and a small amount of clay. Spiritually, however, Grandmother Earth herself speaks through it.
A Shameeah is a spiritual adventure that we embark on. In this particular process, we will walk into the library of Nature and open up the Book of Red Ochre. What we will find here is not theory - it is a journey into the essence of Red Ochre, a first-hand experience of its wisdom. Nature loves us, and she will surely allow us to unravel this precious mystery.
Are you interested in the message that Gaia has for you, specifically? Then this Shameeah is for you! It is an invitation to a very personal communication with Gaia.
