New Year's Celebration Satsang Event
You are warmly invited to celebrate the birth of 2012 at a community satsang event. The event will begin with a silent/guided meditation followed by satsang inquiry, sharing, and dialogue. There will then be a Celebration satsang program that will include call and response chanting and singing offered by Jyoti Bruun, live music offered by John Gerhke, poetry readings, and more.
As part of the event you are welcome to bring and read your favorite poem, sing your favorite song, offer a dance, share a story, etc. Everyone is warmly invited to attend, so feel free to invite your friends, but please register if you plan to attend so we can set up the room properly.
Tea and snacks will be served afterwords for everyone's enjoyment, and offers of snacks or baking are very welcome! The event will be offered by donation with proceeds going towards the scholarship fund for weekend Satsang & Meditation retreats.
